Margaret is out standing agent

Margaret did a superb Job helping me Booking me and my family a cruise for next March 2023. As an ex cruise agent myself for Avoya and my training I was impressed with her .Truly she does better than most cruise line direct . I hope I can Book with her our twice a year cruises . Margaret Salamat and you are special .

You don't know if you don't ask!

Booked a cruise March 2022, sailing March 2023 on Odyssey of the Seas. Saw cost of cruise had a price drop and Kris was able to match (better than I thought!) the RC website price, saving us a large amount. Made my day! Thank you Kris!

I booked a cruise that did not return…

I booked a cruise that did not return to its original port. My mistake. It was to be non-refundable. But, I realized my error within seconds, spoke to Kris from CruiseDirect, and he was able to successfully cancel the booking. It was excellent customer service. This was my first time with CruiseDirect. Because of Kris and the excellent customer service, I am reassured. I will now book from CruiseDirect without any qualms. Thank you!

Juan is an amazing help

Juan is an amazing help, and pro cruise booker lol. He fulfilled every want on my next cruise, and helped me book my dream ship for much cheaper than what the Royal Caribbean website offered. If i recommend any agent it would be Juan.

Staff of Excellence - Margarette

I was having trouble to make a final payment online as cruisedirect did not reflect the correct balance amount to be paid. Margarette spend lots of time & effort with the cruiseline to resolve the problem, she even works beyond her shift to help me up. Margarette professionalism deserves a compliment here, hope she will continue to enhance her excellent service attitude which will raise the service level of CruiseDirect.

Juan and Shiela were a tremendous help…

Juan and Shiela were a tremendous help with getting my cruise reinstated when it was accidentally cancelled. They made sure I got my original reservation back and included some extras for the headache it caused. All of this was taken care of in a very timely manner also :)

Looking for a cruise deal for the month of November 2019 leaving from New Orleans, LA.

I got the best price from CD after shopping around but we warned I was told "no worries" your $100 on board credit will be waiting for you in your stateroom when you board. You don't get it when booking - which is why it's called an on board credit. However, when the promised credit failed to show up on our invoice or in any email from Cruise Direct I became suspicious I was being scammed again. I was shocked when I called to press CD for an email confirming our $100 credit. The agent asked if I'd completed the REDEMPTION FORM! THIS WAS THE FIRST MENTION OF ANY REQUIRED REDEMPTION FORM NEVER PROVIDED ME! DON'T BE DECEIVED INTO BELIEVING YOUR PROMISED ON BOARD CREDIT WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU WHEN YOU BOARD UNLESS YOU HAVE THAT PROMISE IN WRITTING!
